How do I know which insert fits?

Check both your tool model and your Packout case model against the product page. Use the finder above to narrow the range. If you are unsure, contact us with both model numbers before ordering.

Are tools, batteries or cases included?

No. We sell the inserts, caddies and storage accessories. Tools, batteries and Packout cases shown in photos are sold separately.

What if my insert does not fit?

Our right-fit promise means you can send us a photo and your model number. We reprint the right insert and ship it free, and you keep the first one.

Where do you ship from?

Orders ship from Queensland. Free shipping is available on Australian orders over $59. Check the product page and checkout for dispatch information and delivery options.
