This insert turns the Milwaukee Packout Compact Organiser (48-22-8435) into your complete M12 battery station — every pack locked in a dedicated rail bore, a concealed AirTag compartment underneath, and a handle label so you know which Packout to grab without opening a single case.
The AirTag pocket changes the game.
A 31mm concealed cavity sits beneath the battery tray — purpose-sized for an Apple AirTag. Completely invisible when the case is closed. Whether your Packout goes walkabout on a busy site, falls off the ute tray, or ends up somewhere it shouldn't, you'll know exactly where it is. Asset tracking built into your storage solution, with nothing to see from the outside.

Deep rail-style bores grip each battery in a staggered dual-layer layout. Compact packs (2.0Ah / 3.0Ah) and extended packs (4.0Ah / 6.0Ah) both seat securely — mix and match across your rotation. Every battery is accessible without tipping others out, and none of them shift or scuff during transport.
