Magnetic holding strength can vary depending on the mounting surface, including its steel thickness, coating, cleanliness, contact area and mounting orientation.

For best results, use the case on a suitable magnetic steel surface with sufficient contact area.

Wood, plastic and aluminium are not suitable magnetic mounting surfaces.

Always check that the case and battery are securely supported in your chosen position before leaving the battery stored.
