off a spec sheet instead of the actual tool.

So here's our promise.

If what turns up doesn't fit your tool properly, don't post it back.
Send us a photo and the model number. We'll print the right one and ship
it free — and you keep the first one. Spare, apprentice, bin, whatever.
We don't want it back.

We can do that because we print in Queensland. Reprinting a part costs us
filament and a couple of hours on a machine that was already running.
Posting one back to us costs more than making a new one — so we don't ask
you to.

12 MONTHS IN THE UTE

Plastic that lives in a ute gets a hard time. Heat, vibration, a 5.0Ah
battery dropped in from height on a Friday arvo.

If any A1 part cracks, warps or fails in normal use within 12 months, we
replace it. Free. No proof-of-purchase hunt — we've got your order. No
return shipping. One photo, one email, and a new one goes in the post.
