1. The promoter

1. This promotion is conducted by A1 Tools Australia ("the Promoter"), a1toolsaustralia.com.au. Enquiries: Sales@a1toolsaustralia.com.au.
2. By entering, entrants accept these terms and conditions.

2. Promotion period

3. The promotion opens when order number #4800 is placed on a1toolsaustralia.com.au and closes when order number #5000 is placed.
4. Because the window is defined by order numbers rather than fixed dates, the opening and closing times depend on customer order volume and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Any dates shown on this page are estimates only.
5. The Promoter will update the order count shown on this page regularly, but does not warrant that the displayed count is accurate in real time.

3. Eligibility

6. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
7. Directors, officers, employees and immediate family members of the Promoter, and of any agency associated with this promotion, are not eligible to enter.
8. Entrants must provide accurate contact details. Entries containing false or incomplete information may be disqualified.

4. How to enter

9. To enter, an entrant must place an order on a1toolsaustralia.com.au that receives an order number from #4800 to #5000 inclusive and that meets the qualifying conditions in clause 5. Entry is automatic; no separate entry step is required.
10. Orders placed through any channel other than a1toolsaustralia.com.au — including marketplace, phone, wholesale and in-person orders — do not qualify.
11. Each qualifying order constitutes one entry. Multiple qualifying orders by the same entrant each receive a separate entry.

5. Qualifying orders

12. A qualifying order must have a product subtotal of at least AUD $50.00. Shipping, handling and any applicable surcharges are excluded from this calculation.
13. The order must be paid in full and must not be cancelled, returned or refunded (in whole or in part) prior to the draw. Orders cancelled or refunded before the draw are void and will be removed from the draw.
14. Orders subsequently found to be fraudulent, charged back, or placed in breach of these terms may be disqualified at any time, including after the draw.

6. The draw

15. The winner will be selected at random from all qualifying entries by computerised random selection, conducted at the Promoter's business premises in Australia within 7 days after order #5000 is placed.
16. The draw is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
17. The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except where required by law.

7. The prize

18. One (1) prize is available, comprising: (a) a refund of the winner's qualifying order, up to a maximum of AUD $250.00; and (b) an A1 Tools Australia gift voucher to the value of AUD $250.00.
19. Maximum total prize value is AUD $500.00. The refund component is limited to the actual product value of the winning order and excludes shipping — if the qualifying order's product value is less than $250, the refund is limited to that lesser amount, and the balance is not paid out in any other form.
20. The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from date of issue, is redeemable only at a1toolsaustralia.com.au, is not redeemable for cash, and is not transferable or exchangeable.
21. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash except as set out above.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value should the specified prize become unavailable for reasons beyond its reasonable control.

8. Notification and claiming the prize

23. The winner will be contacted directly by A1 Tools Australia using the email address and/or phone number supplied with their qualifying order, within 7 days of the draw.
24. The winner must respond and confirm acceptance within 14 days of first being contacted. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within that period, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw a new winner from the remaining qualifying entries.
25. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the qualifying order. The gift voucher will be issued by email.
26. The winner's first name and state of residence may be published on the Promoter's website and social media channels. Entrants may request that their details not be published by contacting the Promoter, in which case the Promoter may redraw.

9. Privacy

27. Personal information collected for this promotion is collected by the Promoter and will be used to conduct the promotion, contact the winner and, where consent has been given, send marketing communications.
28. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter's privacy policy. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information by contacting Sales@a1toolsaustralia.com.au.
29. Subscribing to the notification list on this page is not an entry into the promotion and confers no entitlement to the prize.

10. General

30. If for any reason the promotion is not capable of running as planned — including due to technical failure, tampering, unauthorised intervention or any cause beyond the Promoter's reasonable control — the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the promotion, subject to any applicable law and any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
31. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or expense suffered in connection with this promotion or the use of the prize. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
32. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform on which it may be advertised.
33. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
