If what turns up doesn't fit your tool properly, don't post it back.
Send us a photo and the model number. We'll print the right one and ship
it free — and you keep the first one. Spare, apprentice, bin, whatever.
We don't want it back.

We can do that because we print in Queensland. Reprinting a part costs us
filament and a couple of hours on a machine that was already running.
Posting one back to us costs more than making a new one — so we don't ask
you to.

Last year, 21 of our 3,052 orders came back. That's 0.59%.
We're not being brave. We're being accurate.


12 MONTHS IN THE UTE
