This insert turns the Milwaukee Packout Compact Organiser (48-22-8435) into a self-contained M12 charging station. The 48-59-2401 charger sits in a dedicated tray at the top. Nine CP batteries slot in below it in a 3×3 grid. Close the lid, carry it to site, plug in wherever you land.
A charging station you can actually take with you.
Most M12 charger setups are fixed to a bench — the charger's there, the batteries are nearby, and every morning starts with hunting for charged packs. This insert changes that. Pack the charger and your full battery rotation into a Packout, and your charging setup travels with you. Job finishes, batteries go back in, lid closes. Everything's ready for tomorrow.

The 3×3 grid keeps all nine compact packs visible, organised, and easy to grab individually without disturbing the others. No piles, no digging, no mixing charged and flat packs by accident.
Important — CP compact batteries only.
This insert is designed specifically for M12 CP compact batteries (2.0Ah and 3.0Ah). It does NOT fit XC or High Output extended packs. If you run XC or HO batteries, please check our other M12 battery inserts.

Printed as a single continuous piece on industrial Bambu Lab H2D/H2S machines in tough PETG. No glued halves, no seams, no weak points. Drop-in ready — no modifications, no hardware, no adhesive required.
