Replace your broken tray hinge with a complete Australian-made kit
Get your ute tray back in working order with this replacement hinge kit for Toyota Hilux alloy trays from 2011 onwards. You receive both the upper and lower hinge sections, plus the steel pin, bolts and nuts for one complete hinge replacement.
Made locally in PETG
Manufactured in Australia from 3D-printed PETG plastic, with solid hinge sections and a hardened steel pin. The hinge body is plastic; “alloy tray” describes the tray it fits.
- Complete upper and lower sections: replace both parts together.
- Hardware included: four bolts, four nuts and one hardened steel pin.
- Australian made: locally manufactured replacement parts.
- Carefully packed: supplied in a padded box for delivery.
